Our
grapes are grown in our “Santa Maria” and “Tinoca”
estates and we are carefully restoring these old vines in order to
keep them producing for years to come. Hand pruning, low yields and
hand-harvesting are just some of the artisanal practices we employ
to make our Old Vine Red stand out from the crowd

grape variety is separately fermented in open top vats, and then aged
in oak prior to blending
